In 2017, our group got its start in the heart of America -- New York City -- coaching health and wellness to the socialites of the Big Apple. Following tremendous success in New York, we quickly recognized the need to serve a larger audience and a broader purpose and so we took our world-class training methods online! Now, the Model Trainers deliver success with budget-friendly online programs to thousands of clients across the world.

Nowadays, our  client roster runs deep. From Hollywood celebrities, to United States Congressman, Fortune 500 Executives and thousands of more lifestyle clients across the world -- our specialty transformations have been met with high demand. Our methods have been showcased in countless news outlets for their outstanding results, and our coaches are often featured as health and wellness experts on popular magazines and podcasts.

Sean Alexander

The second of six siblings, Sean was born & raised in rural west Texas. “Growing up I had always been active, primarily focused on tennis and competitive gymnastics, although once I graduated high school, my passion for gymnastics turned into sculpting my body”. Sean’s first job was at a supplement store where he was able to learn about the products and how they affect the physiological processes of the human body. It was during that time that he developed  a passion for fitness and helping others achieve incredible results. In 2017 Sean founded Model Trainers in order to teach as many people the same fitness skillset he had learned through my years personal experience.

Nick Topel

The youngest of three kids, Nick was born and raised in a small town in Ohio where he grew up as a competitive swimmer. Before the end of his career, he had swam for First Team All America and was ranked in the top 100 in the United States. His years in the pool taught Nick the virtues time management, work ethic, patience, and the importance of exercise in maintaining a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Eventually, Nick transitioned his focus into natural bodybuilding where he earned professional status, allowing for his career path to blossom into international fitness modeling and worldwide health & fitness coaching.

Jonathan Ibraham

Jonathan grew up in Los Angeles with his mom, dad, and twin brother. Growing up Jon believed he'd never achieve the level of physical athleticism his brother was naturally gifted with, but after. years of frustration he started taking fitness and weight lifting seriously. Within two years, Jon became a certified personal trainer working for various fitness studios before making the jump to one of the world's largest and most luxurious corporate gyms. It was there that he developed good business practices, advanced his fitness education, and found a new love for competitive bodybuilding. From then on, Jon has had a passion for inspiring individuals to become the best versions of themselves that they can be.

Abbey Christie

Abbey grew up in suburban Texas with five siblings. Fitness wasn’t the objective, but the kids were pretty free-range and most days were filled with marathon bike rides, exploration expeditions, and zoo crawls. Abbey continued to incorporate fitness into adulthood, growing her passion for making fitness fun. “I approach every workout like a kid. I see my gym as my playground, and I’m motivated by beating my records and seeing my body transform in new programs I’m playing with.” Abbey applies the same principle to her mind, stimulating her curiosity to ultimately form a deep understanding of how each part of our biological machine can work together and be optimized. Coaching allows her to share her unique understanding with others and enable them to take charge of their own fitness journey.

Ali Lee

Growing up on the sunny coast of Florida, Ali first found her passion for health and fitness as an intensive ballet dancer, singer and performer. By 18, Ali was recruited by a female pop group based in Atlanta, and her rigorous daily routine consisted of meal prepping, early morning and evening exercise sessions with top celebrity trainers, followed by choreography and dance work throughout the day. It was during this time that Ali also signed on as a Bodybuilding.com athlete, enabling her to learn the ins and outs of the fitness industry. When Ali became pregnant with her first child, she quickly began perfecting her fitness regimen to stay fit and healthy during and after pregnancy.

The youngest of three kids, I was born and raised in a small town in Ohio where I grew up as a competitive swimmer. I eventually transitioned my focus into natural bodybuilding where I acquired my Pro-Card, which allowed for my career path to blossom into an international modeling career

As a twin boy I could never amount to how athletic my twin brother was growing up. But when I reached my senior year of high school I took fitness and weight lifting much more seriously than I ever thought I would and that’s when I started my journey as a personal trainer. After getting my feet wet in smaller fitness studios I finally made the biggest jump to a corporate gym where I learned business practices, fitness education and found my new passion for competitive bodybuilding. It was from then on I promised myself I wanted to inspire Individuals to be the best versions of themselves that they can be.”
