Meet Your Coach

My name is Sean Alexander, and together we’re going to get your vacation body on point! I was born and raised in a small town in Texas, and fell in love with fitness through my passion for tennis and gymnastics. After high school I transferred my love of movement from gymnastics into the weight room. My time spent in the gym over the past ~7 years has taught me the fundamentals of work ethic, patience, and the value of being healthy.

In 2016 I began my professional career in fitness by signing with a top fitness modeling agency in New York City, It was during this phase of my life that I recognized the power I had at my fingertips: through years of firsthand experience I had developed a specific skill set that allowed me to transform not only my body and mind, but the bodies and minds of those around me as well. In 2017 the Model Trainers were born, and we have been coaching clients to extraordinary results through our company motto of “Leading By Example” ever since.
